Service
Pocantra lets users create digital profiles that can include contact details, links, images, profile copy, QR sharing, and optional NFC card ordering workflows.
We may update, change, pause, or remove parts of the service as the product develops. We aim to keep published profiles available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you publish, the accuracy of your contact details, and your use of the profile link. Do not publish illegal, misleading, harmful, infringing, abusive, or sensitive personal information that you do not have the right to share.
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for promptly telling us if you believe your account or edit link has been misused.
Profile content
You keep ownership of your profile content. You give Pocantra permission to host, display, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service, generate previews, support sharing, and operate the product.
Cards, payments, and fulfillment
NFC cards are personalized physical products connected to a digital profile. Prices, quantities, payment method, production timing, delivery area, and final artwork details are confirmed during the order process.
If online payment is enabled, payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Additional terms from the payment provider may apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pocantra to run scams, impersonate others, collect data unlawfully, distribute malware, spam users, bypass security controls, or violate laws, platform rules, intellectual property rights, or payment network rules.
Limits of liability
Pocantra is provided on an as-is basis while the product evolves. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
