Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create or edit a profile, including names, headlines, photos, links, social handles, phone numbers, email addresses, locations, and other profile content you choose to publish.
If you create an account, save a profile, request NFC cards, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone or messenger contact, order details, delivery information, profile URL, and support messages.
We also collect limited technical data such as device, browser, approximate location, usage events, page views, link clicks, and security logs so we can operate, improve, and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and display digital profiles, save and recover drafts, provide account access, respond to support requests, process card requests, improve onboarding, measure product usage, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or payment obligations.
When payments are enabled, payment details are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on Pocantra servers.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run the product, including hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, support, security, and operations tools.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Cookies, local storage, and analytics
Pocantra uses essential cookies and browser storage for login sessions, draft recovery, edit continuity, security, and core product behavior. We may also use privacy-conscious analytics to understand onboarding, profile activation, page views, and link interactions.

Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, operate accounts, fulfill orders, resolve disputes, keep security records, and meet legal or financial obligations. You can ask us to delete or correct your information by contacting support@pocantra.bio.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service is perfectly secure, so you should avoid publishing private or sensitive information on a public profile.
